Mahhou Solutions builds websites and media for Belgian SMEs. We are the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Our registered address is M. • Account details: your name, email address, company name, VAT number and your profile picture if you upload one.
• Your password, stored encrypted by Supabase. We cannot read it.
• Your orders, quotes and invoices, with the services you bought and the amounts.
• Whatever you send us yourself through the quote or intake form.
• Technical data every web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type, in our hosting partner's logs.

• To run your account and keep you signed in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To handle your orders, invoice them and contact you about work in progress. Legal basis: our contract and our legal bookkeeping duty.
• To email you website analysis reports, tips and updates, and to tailor our service to your business. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

We use no advertising cookies and we do not follow you across other websites. What we do set:

• A Supabase sign-in cookie, so you stay logged in.
• Your language choice, so the site opens in the right language.
• Your cart, so it does not empty when you reload a page.
• Your privacy choice, so we do not have to ask again on every visit.
• A referral code when you arrive through a partner link, so we can thank the partner who sent you. It contains no personal data and expires after 90 days.
• Visitor statistics through Vercel Analytics, which measures without cookies and without data that can be traced back to you.

We never sell your data. We work with a small number of processors that help us deliver the service:

• Supabase, for the database and sign-in.
• Stripe, for payments. Your card details never reach us.
• Resend, for sending email.
• Vercel, for hosting this website.

Some of these parties process data outside the European Union. That happens under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• We keep your account for as long as it exists. Ask us to delete it and we will.
• Invoices and accounting records are kept for seven years. That is a legal requirement in Belgium.
• Quote requests that go nowhere are kept for at most two years.

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. You can restrict the processing, object to it, ask for your data in a readable file and withdraw your consent. Email yassin@mahhousolutions.com from your account address and we will take care of it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
